Cash Liquidity Management Specialist

Job Type：Full Time

Work City:  Wuxi

     

Your role：

Responsibilities:

•Processing of time-critical payments in the area of cash and liquidity management

•Handling of internal interest claims
•Supervising message flow or the calculation of positions for various currencies. 
•Acting as a competent partner in cash and liquidity matters for UBS internal and external clients globally. 
•Executing operational processes according to the rules and regulations of the booking center and policies
•Providing support for line managers and staff.

               

Your team：

As a Cash/Liquidity Management Specialist ,you will be part of a new Operations Team in UBS and as an experienced banking services specialist you will be responsible for orderly and timely execution of operational processes in the bank. Your daily tasks include strong client focus, quality and continuous improvement.

               

Your experience and skills

Requirements:

•Experience in payments or accounting 
•Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Economics or Finance 
•Very high level of written and spoken English is mandatory
•Ability to handle figures and different systems professionally and strong attention to details
•Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage high amounts and tight deadlines
•Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
•An exact working method and ethic, reliability and service orientation 
•Flexible working time, ability to work in a fast paced environment and team

Business Analyst

Job Type： Full Time

Work City:  Wuxi

             

Your role：

Position Summary:

Experience in financial research ( preferably sell-side / Equity Research)

Experience in financial modeling & report writing

This position is fast paced and ever changing, requiring flexibility, self-initiative, and regular management of changing priorities

Typical Responsibilities:

• Define  and document  customer business functions and processes; including consulting with onshore Analysts to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.

• Interpret data/information to arrive at inferences/conclusions and manage short assignments/scoping of work as required by various stakeholders

• Maintain Turnaround timelines and ensure performance is as per agreed service level

• Explain to the Quality Assurance team the parameters and check points that need to be adhered to for each sub-project

• Perform root cause analysis on the errors made by developers and QA team members

Essentials:
• Strong writing skills (Chinese & English)
• Exposure to financial markets
• Proven problem solving skills with proven analytical abilities
• A MBA degree in Finance or any other degree in Finance
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.

Prefer:
Experience in doing financial research covering sectors like Retail, Consumer, Energy and Leisure etc.
